When you first contact us you will be given a brief initial assessment, normally around 10 minutes. Our Adviser will discuss a course of action to help you with your problem which may include making an appointment for you to discuss it in more detail. This might be by phone or face-to-face at our advice centre or if you are housebound we may be able to offer a home visit.
Our Advisers will research your options and look at the possible outcomes of different courses of action. They will not tell you what to do but help you to make your own decisions based on the information they are able to give you. All our advice is tailored to individual need and client focussed.
