When you first contact us our adviser will give you a brief initial assessment so we can review your problem. We will then decide on a course of action to help you with your problem which may involve making an appointment for you.
Our Advisers will research your options and look at the possible outcomes of different courses of action. They will not tell you what to do but help you to make your own decisions based on the information they are able to give you. All our advice is tailored to individual need and client focused. Our appointments last approximately 45 minutes. We recognise that unforeseen circumstances sometimes mean that clients are late or miss their appointment. Please let us know if you cannot make your appointment so we can offer it to someone else.
