Chair of TrusteesTerence was appointed trustee back in October 2003 when CAE(W) needed some accounting and company secretarial help and became chair in October 2019 just before life changed. As well as being committed to furthering the work of the LCA in the domestic abuse sector, Terence helps in the finance area due to his chartered accountancy background. Spare times sees him drooling over his interests in classic cars, most of which are out of reach, and occasional forays to the golf course to get good exercise.

TreasurerThomas was appointed in October 2019 upon taking early retirement having lived in Elmbridge for over 40 years. He is a Charted Management Accountant and has spent most of his working life in SME companies in Finance Director roles. His interests are traveling, sailing, and spending time with his family.

She has admired the work of Citizens Advice for many years and is passionate about ensuring that the local community is able to access the advice that they need for many years to come.

TrusteeRichard spent most of his executive career in European Telecommunications, as Director of Investor Relations at both Virgin Media and Altice. He is a Chartered Accountant and an experienced Non-Executive Director with many years of board experience in both public and private companies. He lives in Esher. Richard joined the Citizens Advice Elmbridge West Board in 2023

TrusteeDavid is a lawyer by training and a banker by profession. His home has been in Elmbridge for the last 40 years, but his work has taken him across the world where he witnessed extreme levels of poverty and deprivation in developing countries. For over three decades he has led large teams of widely diverse people, giving him a passion for the power and richness of diversity in organisations. He is married with three grown-up children and enjoys photography, political conversation, and country dog-walking.

She has a Business & IT educational background and is an Agile and innovation enthusiast. She is passionate about ED&I and accessibility, talent development and values-driven leadership. A trained babywearing instructor, she manages online communities supporting parents with their parenting journey. Her 4-year-old daughter makes sure she has no free time for hobbies. Back in the day, she used to enjoy concerts, travelling, reading and learning foreign languages.
