Case Checker /Quality of Advice Assessment (QAA) Worker

Hours : 15 hours per week

Location : Office or remote anywhere in the UK

Salary : FTE £30,000- 15 hours equates to £12,500.

Citizens Advice Elmbridge West is a well-established charity operating in Walton on Thames, Weybridge and Hersham in Surrey. We work to make a difference to the lives of people coming to us for support. We deliver a high quality, agile advice service which reflects community issues and needs. We operate a service which puts people first. Thanks to our amazing team of staff and volunteers, we support clients through our face to face, phone and digital services.

We are seeking to appoint a Case Checker/QAA worker to ensure our advice work continues to meet the highest standards.

You will be part of a warm and friendly work culture where opinions are valued. We will also offer remote working for this post based anywhere in the UK.
